Melissa Martin Practice Manager
Melissa started her career in dentistry in 1997 as a trainee dental nurse, qualifying in 1999. She started at Hardwick Dental Practice as a Dental Nurse in 2002 progressing to Practice Manager in 2006. Melissa has since gained a qualification in HR Management and is registered as an associate member of the CIPD, she is also still registered with the GDC and able to assist with clinical activities. Melissa is a valuable member of our team, based in reception she provides support, advice and assistance to clinicians, colleagues and patients.
Claire Hodgson
Claire joined Hardwick Dental Practice in 2021 as a trainee Dental Nurse and qualified in 2024 gaining entry onto the GDC register. Claire assists with all clinical roles as well as supporting clinicians during implant procedures and has a keen interest in expanding her knowledge in dentistry. Claire is very supportive to both the dentist and patients when in surgery.
Natalie Speight
Nat joined the practice 15 years ago as a qualified Dental Nurse going on to support and assist the Dentists and Hygeinsits gaining a vast amount of knowledge along the way. In 2018 Nat became Lead receptionist and now spends her time greeting patients, going through referral and organising the books to keep everything in order. Nat is a highly valued member of the team.
Ellie Turley
Ellie started her career in 2018 as a trainee Dental Nurse qualifying in 2020. She joined the practice in 2022 assisting the Dentists and Hygienists. She has now recently been given the job role as Decontamination Lead, keeping track of tests, materials and record keeping. In her spare time Ellie enjoys walking her dog Bailey and going out with friends.
